Although I had a great experience, great driver who came in a 7 series BMW despite me having ordered a basic car, my cousin who used the same service one day later on my recommendation had a bad experience. Looks like it depends on which driver you get.

i had to call the call centre twice to look for the driver, the driver was holding a blank white card with no name on it, he had difficulty finding his car in the car park.

I think commenting on waiting time is difficult to take into consideration immigration. I can consider my own time and how quickly I can walk but I cannot correctly anticipate immigration processing time.
