We did pick up and drop off. Pickup was great, driver was there waiting for us when we got off the plane - truly stress free. Pickup - driver was 15-20 minutes late, not a big deal as we had plenty of time, and you did try to contact us to let us know, all in all a great experience.

A very big thank you to our driver - when we arrived home we had an emergency in the house and he was very helpful to us and made sure we were okay before he left.

Fantastic service!! We used it 4 times during our stay in London in July 2014. All transfers were made on time with extremely polite drivers. Highly recommended!!

The incorrect car seat was provided. We have a six month old (requires a rear facing car seat) and a forward facing car seat for an older child was provided. I have called ensure our return journey has the correct car seat.
