i was really disappointed to be rang and told that our taxi had broken down and we were getting a driver from another company. this wascall fine he was on time and polite. what i find disgusting is that this taxi was more than our quote and we had to pay the difference. it wasnt alot but the taxi breakdown was nothing to do with us and yet we pay more. i will not reccomend nor will i be using the company again. very disappointing
