The one thing I would change is for the company to: 1/ monitor arrivals at St Pancras station and turn up at the right time if the train is running late and 2/ Allow a few minutes for customers to get from the train to the car, charging waiting time for waits over ten minutes when the above is not observed is annoying. The service overall was good however.

The driver was a complete gentleman; courteous, charming and entertaining. I would not hesitate to use you again, largely because of him.

All excellent apart from one important detail - we were taken to the wrong terminal at Gatwick. The operator who took the booking checked via the flight number, and I think I remember him saying it was the South terminal, but the north terminal appeared on the form and this is where the driver took us. Fortunately, there was a quick and easy train shuttle so it didn't cause us any major problems. The second driver picked us up from the right terminal, and this was indicated on the form.

I was charged for waiting when I had 50 minutes for free.
