Driver relied on phone sat nav which was inaccurate, he spent too long trying to follow it rather than looking at road signs.

Extremely bad service. I booked an INFaNT seat for a baby of 4 months (5kg) and the stupid driver came with toddler seat suitable for 4 year old. I ended up had to put my baby at risk and holding her in my arms for the whole journey. Considering I paid 60 pounds for this journey to essentially had the seat I would request for a refund of £20 which is what I would normally pay to come home from LHR. Let me know how to get this

As far as I am a frequent user of services provided by your company I have got an opportunity to compare level of services. Basing on the experience of my last trip I would not recommend your company to my friends/colleagues, as far as the driver has a poor knowledge of the city and I have to spent a lot of time to reach the place of destination. Bearing in mind it was a rather late hour I would prefer to have a rest in the hotel after a long flight than to spend time in a car. I hope this is a single instance and is not a sample service provided by your company.

We requested 50 min waiting time extra besides the free 30min of courtesy. The driver claimed that we were 10min late after the total 80min of waiting time but, instead of considering the pick up time at the arrivals terminal (19:05), he considered the time when leaving the parking (19:15 as shown in the parking ticket; the landing time was 17:43). The driver should have charged us 2-3 min extra instead of 12-13min extra. Next time we use totallyairports, we would be very grateful if you could send us another driver. Thank you.
