i had to call the call centre twice to look for the driver, the driver was holding a blank white card with no name on it, he had difficulty finding his car in the car park.

I think commenting on waiting time is difficult to take into consideration immigration. I can consider my own time and how quickly I can walk but I cannot correctly anticipate immigration processing time.

The driver said he had to pay the parking at the airport himself, and kind of asked me to pay for it, but at the end I didn't and he was fine with that. It would be good for the company to give clear guidance on who should pay the parking at the airport. Also, we had to wait 10 minutes for the driver at the arrivals hall in Gatwick.
