The driver arrived over half an hour late. We were misinformed of the waiting time when speaking to customer services and no concessions were offered despite the wait at the airport of over 30 minutes. We write a similar review on trip advisor and will not advise on using this company to anyone as the customer services staff were unhelpful and charged the full amount despite the inconvenience.

As usual with TotallyAirports, it was a splendid service. Thanks to the driver.

Great service and great price!!

My driver, Fred, was courtesy itself. His late model BMW was in impeccable shape. And he drove carefully and professionally. Altogether it was a great experience. I'll for sure use this service again.

Everything is OK except 1 thing. It's really confusing how to specify pick-up time. Firstly the website asks journey time, but after then it also requires flight no. And at this moment it seems to override journey time with a flight arrival time, but it is absolutly not clear for a client.
